What does Aidby Pulse cost?
Pulse costs $39.99 per clinician/month and includes 1,800 transcription minutes. Pulse + Misha Vision is $59.99 per clinician/month and includes 2,300 transcription minutes, camera ROM assessment and 10 camera-HEP patients. Both include basic HEP. There is no setup fee.
How is Misha transcription charged?
Each clinician has their own included minutes every month: 1,800 on Pulse, 2,300 on Vision. Minutes are not shared between clinicians. Beyond them, transcription is $0.03 per minute. Included minutes reset each billing month.
Is HEP billed per patient?
Basic HEP is included in both plans. Camera HEP is $2.99 per active patient per month on Pulse. Vision includes 10 camera-HEP patients per Vision clinician each month, not shared between clinicians, then $2.99 per additional patient. Each patient is billed under one clinician and counts once per month, however many clinicians they see. Camera features are subject to rollout and validation.
Is the clearinghouse included?
Workflow support is part of the platform. Clearinghouse transactions are charged separately at provider cost plus 10%. For example, $20.00 in underlying clearinghouse charges becomes $22.00.
Does Misha make clinical decisions or sign documentation?
No. Misha generates drafts and suggestions for licensed clinicians to review, edit and approve. Clinical decisions and final signatures remain with the clinician.
When are Vision features available?
Vision camera features will roll out according to integration, validation and service-readiness milestones. Contact us to discuss availability for your clinic.
